How soon is an estimate available?
We are available to meet Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. During this short meeting we will listen to your needs and concerns and will have an estimate available within 24-48 hours.
Are you locally owned and operated?
Yes! We are locally owned and operated. Nebraska born and raised. We love everything about Nebraska : Surrounded by friends and family, friendly neighbors, historic landmarks, ever changing weather:), arts, museums, resturants and of course Husker Football !
Do you supply all cleaning supplies and equipment for the cleaning job?
Satellite has general supplies and cleaning products that we use. We can supply all products and equipment for any job that we take on, or if a company has supplies that they have purchased and prefer us to use, we are willing to discuss this too. There are occasions that a company may have special request/needs, that may require the purchase of additional materials this will be discussed at the initial meeting and the price will be included in the final estimate.
How often can you provide services ?
We are here to listen to your needs. Satellite Commerical Cleaning is avaliable for one-time , daily, weekly, monthly and customized services. We also offer Restroom only cleaning, groundskeeping and event (Before and/or After) services. We will work together to set up a cleaning schedule that works for you.
Are you providing cleaning and sanitizing services during Covid-19 pandemic ?
Yes. As everyone in our community and around the world are preparing for companies, resturants, salons,and shopping facilities to reopen, we are prepared to provide quaility commercial cleaning services to make environments safe. Our staff is provided with essential protective gear (gloves, face mask,coveralls) , instructions on proper cleaning supply and chemical useage, and all cleaning supplies are properly cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our team has been trained on how to limit the spread of illness and to increase attention to high touch surfaces.
